Meet the instructors

Nay

Hi, I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with 8 years experience. I am really passionate making exercise and movement accessible to everybody.

I know there is a type of movement out there for everyone and I want to help you move in ways that feels good, and maybe even push you to lift heavy stuff you never thought possible.

I train small groups outside in nature, and we have created a friendly, supportive and fun community who love to train in all elements! 

I also love to train 1-2-1 or small PT groups focussing on areas such as developing strength for everyday life, learning new skills  or helping improve existing sports like running. 

I also work with those affected by cancer before, during or after treatment in 1-2-1 sessions. 

During my own breast cancer diagnoses i exercised throughout my 18 months of treatment. This has fuelled a fire to train as a cancer exercise specialist. My experience of treatment and surgery side effects (long and short term) has made me a pro at adapting exercises for all abilities, conditions and disabilities.

Hannah

I'm a passionate PE teacher, personal trainer, and paddle board instructor, dedicated to helping others stay active and enjoy the outdoors. As a mum of two young girls, I love instilling the joy of movement and healthy living both at home and in my work. 

I've played a wide variety of sports over the years and found a deep love of CrossFit. Being outside, whether on the water or in the elements, is where I feel most alive, and I'm always looking for new ways to inspire others to embrace an active outdoor lifestyle. 

I specialise in prenatal and postnatal and also rehab for knee/ ankle and hip injuries after having 7 knee operations myself and having to do my own rehab back to sport.

A mixture of strength and conditioning training outside in the elements. All abilities are catered to and your instructor will work with you to identify the right exercise adaptations for you.
